Ninetyfifth Studios is the creative arm of Ninetyfifth Marketing LLC, in Phoenix, Arizona. This page says what we collect on this site, what happens to it, and how to opt out. It is short because we do not collect much.

What the forms collect

Our contact forms ask for your name, email, phone number, and what you need shot. Business name and any other details are optional.

Submissions are emailed to contact@ninetyfifthmktg.com through Resend, our email provider, and that is where we reply from. We do not sell this information, rent it, or pass it to anyone outside the company.

Advertising measurement

Our paid social landing page runs the Meta Pixel and sends matching events to Meta through their Conversions API, so we can tell which ads produce real inquiries. No other page on this site runs it.

When you submit a form on that page, a one-way hashed version of your email address and phone number is sent to Meta so they can match the conversion to an ad click. Meta receives the hash, never the plain values. Your free-text description of your project is never sent.

The pixel sets cookies named _fbp and _fbc, and we record the fbclid value Meta adds to ad links. They exist to connect an ad click to an inquiry.

We use no other analytics, no advertising networks beyond Meta, and no cookie banner, because nothing here needs your consent under Arizona or United States federal law.

How to opt out

You can turn off personalised advertising from Meta in your Meta ad preferences, and across participating networks through the Digital Advertising Alliance or Your Online Choices. Browser settings that block third-party scripts or clear cookies also stop the pixel.

Asking us to delete it

Email contact@ninetyfifthmktg.com and ask. We will delete the inquiry and anything attached to it. We keep inquiries only as long as the conversation is useful.
